Product Assembly & Safety Description

This product is formulated by gently melting beeswax, organic grass-fed tallow, and natural oils in a double boiler at low heat. Micronized non-nano zinc oxide is finely ground and dispersed into the cooled mixture to ensure even UV coverage. Micronized silica is added for oil absorption and texture refinement. The mixture is then emulsified, refrigerated, whipped, and cured for consistent texture and uniformity before being jarred.

All batches are made in a hygienic environment, with temperature monitoring and proper dispersion practices to maintain safe and effective SPF distribution. Customers are advised to reapply the balm frequently and limit sun exposure during peak hours.
