For me it works super great after jiu-jitsu practice when my face is dry and itchy I take a cool shower and I apply the balm to my face and neck it soothe i my eczema. It makes it feel so good and the next day I’m back to normal with my skin. It keeps it at bay! it works better than hydrocortisone or anything else I tried! I love it!
My son is an avid runner. He runs every day for 2 to 3 hours shirtless. He has been using this product since the beginning of summer and has not burned once. Last year he wis using sunscreen purchased from a big box store and experienced very painful sunburn even after reapplying . This is an amazing product.
